How'd Adams even get elected? Every time I see him on TV he's just a complete freakshow that I couldn't imagine him running an office, much less a city.

NYC mayors are all weird in their own way because NYC is a schizo town with bizarre politics, but Adams is seriously one of the weirdest of my lifetime.
