so let's say we've got the wiki going and we're going to rewrite SA good and proper for richard for free. the first order of business is to choose the stack we are going to write everything for. i vote we go with a sensible backend choice like node.js 7.10. it will allow us to use cutting edge javascript on the backend. for the frontend we're going to go with ember.js. the database will be mysql because it's good enough. search will use solr. akadajet fucked around with this message at 19:11 on May 22, 2017 |
