Trying to kick the booze myself at the moment. I was up to about 75-80 units a week most weeks, usually more. Was starting to feel a bit lovely and disconnected from reality a lot of the time. Yesterday was absolutely hell. Jittery as gently caress, couldn't sleep, shaky hands, body temp all over the place. Feeling a bit better today. I've quit for brief periods before but that was the first time any of that poo poo happened.
