get some momentum going and set a goal. start with a week, then a month, then six months, then a year. it sounds cheesy but once you have enough time banked up its easy to say no and keep up your "high score" i'll be at a year this month and i don't want to throw that away for anything just be serious about it and make sure you're doing it because you want to
