Average Bear posted:I know dealing with anxiety can be hard, it's easier with friends and family around. Trust me, being alone and being your own watchdog is hell. I'm glad to hear you're trying, rooting for you! In my case, family is the root of my anxiety and alcohol is what makes them bearable.
