Greet people. At minimum type the 5-letters "Hi,\n\n" at the beginning of your mails, you can't say that it takes too much time!

yeah bbc world service had a pretty long series of shows on the currency changes (getting rid of large notes) and the huge banking headache its caused govt says it wants to get rid of large notes to help force people holding large amounts of (untraceable) cash to start using banks, combined with restricting the amounts people are allowed to withdraw to prevent them from just swapping out the larger notes for smaller ones and going on business as usual it pretty much crippled the banks because so many people just use cash for everything and the ATM/teller lines were endless, and nobody can get enough cash to last them long enough lol

huh, I guess since people kept repeating large currency notes and with the face values I assumed it was a large (denomination) bill I guess people just can't get enough $1s and $20s then EDIT: I guess before the introduction of the 2000 note, the 1000 and 500 were the largest two, but they were also the most common, so lol all around Arcteryx Anarchist fucked around with this message at 21:47 on Feb 10, 2017 |
