This movie was great. I loved the world building even if everyone and their mother worked for the Illuminati Assassin Guild which I felt more over the top than anything. $7 Million seems low? In the first it was $2 million. That was a week before! But it doesn't line up to a nice round number in any currency off of the top of my head. But thematically, the number 7 in religious folklore is big and Wick is constantly referred to as The Devil. That might be stretching it a bit, but that's all I have. It could easily have been 6 million, and lined up with a six-shooter from Morpheus. Or maybe that's all Santino was willing to part with because he's High Council poor?
