I started cutting out sugar and bread and rice and I'm losing weight and have more energy. I still eat carbs though, just from stuff like broccoli and avocados and cabbage. You can make a ton of awesome and healthy keto food. I guess keto still works if you just eat butter and bacon, but you'd have to be an idiot to think that would actually make you healthy. Anyway, instead of coffee with butter in it I usually have 2 eggs and an avocado with a little bit of hot sauce and black pepper on top and it's tasty af and fills me up for ages.
