There were 16 ballots, down from 37 submitted in 2015. :qq: I don't know if this is due to the shenanigans going on in this dumb corner of the internet or because last year everything was done on a google form, which is much easier to submit a thing to.

Quick questions:

1. Would google forms result in more ballots being submitted?

2. Do you want an option for 3 votes in every category?

3. Should the twitter award make a return?

4. Should I have asked for 2017 predictions, like we did last time?

The only reason I didn't vote is because my memory is pretty bad for this kind of thing and there was no real good, up-to-date comprehensive list of things worth voting for.

And I think my head is burning,
And in a way I'm yearning,
To be done with all this measuring of proof.
An eye for an eye
And a tooth for a tooth,
And anyway I told the truth,
And I'm not afraid to die.
No one other than me voted for Krazy Horse for best post fight promo :(

1. I personally found it simpler to count ballots through the Google Form. Making it is a pain but it's nice to have.

2. No, but most.

1. Do what makes things easiest for you.
2. As we can see from tied first-place votes, having tiebreakers is nice.
3. Maybe change it to "best media presence" to include other platforms.
4. We can still give predictions.

Same here. I looked at all the categories and just gave up.
I'm going to try to start taking notes on these things, but I doubt I'll remember to do it for the entire year.

I started to do that but got like a quarter of the way through and found I'd only answered one category (Mark Hunt for favorite fighter).
I would have liked to have done this properly... but I'm lazy.

Which is why I'm going to track this stuff throughout the year instead of figuring it all out at the end.

The thing about the ongoing "best of the year" thread is that you can not only post fresh thoughts when something cool/funny happens, but also be reminded of things in case you forgot them. I certainly wouldn't have remembered a lot of moments (like best finishes) without the lists.
