I've barely played it but I remember it felt like a SS5 mugen game, everyone had like 10 different grooves and you could play as the referee and all sorts of stupid bullshit. wasn't it made by the Melty Blood people or some other poverty team?

In Training posted:if i was capcom i would include a Random mode where it just randomizes the game, stage and characters for both people. that would be fun. get Hyper SF2 or Alpha Anthology for PS2, they both let you mix and match poo poo from all the different versions and Alpha Anthology has a bunch of new grooves based off 3S, Vampire, the Vs. games, etc
