Eric Abetz has said no worker should be worse off under the penalty rate cuts, and thus they should only apply to new workers. So he is acknowledging the the change to penalty rates makes workers worse off, but is advocating for wages to shrink in the future.

Or Dutton. It's pure politics just to continue to gently caress over Turnbull and keep him unstable. Regarding the "or Dutton" part, knowing his track record he would have an initial reaction to say the wage cuts don't go far enough. Compassion isn't something he really understands.

You'd be worse off putting your super into paying down your mortgage because the interest you'd save would be less than the earnings you'd make off the super.
