They realised last year that feeding deadly nightshade to tiny babies might not be a brilliant idea so they made the "difficult decision" to recall the pills

http://www.theage.com.au/national/hylands-homeopathic-baby-tablets-recalled-in-australia-over-safety-fears-20170429-gvvfgx.html

In which case, they weren't preparing their homeopathic belladonna properly. If they were, they'd have diluted it down so far that the mixture was indistinguishable from water. So either they create a poison or a placebo.

Saw gently into the pit with a aerated blade. It will dislodge or bite in and have the same twist the knife effect.

Yep. Guess who the US currently relies on to get people into space? That's right, it's their old buddies Russia.

That said, there's not actually much for infantry to do in space. What would you capture? The ISS? Or I guess maybe the Chinese research station? There's no other stations in orbit.

If you don't actually need space infantry, you don't really need humans up there. You can have armed drone spacecraft and use them to intercept and destroy enemy spacecraft or whatever.

If the Master and Commander books are to be believed, back during the Age of Sail an officer would sometimes get awarded a really expensive, really high quality sword. But that was for using to stab people with, during boarding actions.

So, really, they should be planning to drop the massive sword out the window onto the enemy's head.

The issue isn't getting the milk out of the cow, it's getting the milk in there in the first place. Like all other mammals, cows don't lactate unless they're having babies. So you need to keep the cows giving birth all the time. So that means a lot of spare cow babies to dispose of. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dairy_cattle#Management
