I appreciate that you get to shoot Slenderman until he flops over like a fish in this game. It's also nice that you move kind of quickly (like some sort of slender, mobile person). The rest was really terrible, though, so it all equals out in the end.

I'd ask why all the "Made With Unity" trash games are disproportionately lame horror games, but I suspect the answer is "they're easy to make." Pizza Delivery is the second-stupidest title for a horror/thriller movie I've ever heard. The first is Donkey Punch. I hope no one made a game out of that one.

horror games also have a particular mystique around them among people who have played too much and made too little. these people play a number of horror games and eventually start saying to themselves 'none of this is scary', due to their own genre savvy. then comes the inevitable attempt to make their own thing, neglecting any real effort at planning, collaboration, or organization. so the effort inevitably ends in an abortive release and a coin flip on whether or not the erstwhile creator gets the magnitude of their own failure.
