Is NK so hosed because of US scorched Earth policy during the Korean and trade isolation afterwards? Yes. But NK is still a horrible fascist state with starving citizens and totalitarianism, if you go to SK you can find tons of ppl that have visited or formerly lived there and they'll tell you themselves lol
