I really don't know how they put 40mg of caffeine in coffee creamer capsules I think it's literally just a condensed cold brew, I never did get why they made such a big deal about being "high caffeine", 40mg is like half a cup of coffee so if you're just droppin a buck for 7-11 stuff (which honestly isn't that bad, I live right by one and used to buy that poo poo with pocket change on weekends) and add one of those it's not like you're gonna get jittery or w/e.
