Barreft posted:I feel the opposite. Everyone seems so goddamn dumb this season, I know it's intentional but it's just so grating to me. Only Nikki seems to understand anything whatsoever and I guess that's why I like her. And even then she's not that smart, as with the Tampon stunt. Calling it, this season is the Burn After Reading of Fargo.

Colonel Whitey posted:I haven't been following the thread so I don't know what the consensus is so far but I'm not really feeling this season. I feel like the Russian subplot has the potential to be extremely relevant and timely thematically but this was written so long ago (in terms of current events) I'm not sure how far they're going to go with it. That's the most interesting part of the show right now for me, since the characters all kinda suck despite the killer cast. As of now I'm barely hanging on by virtue of the first two seasons and Legion. I thought this was being filmed while Legion was airing, so about three months ago at the earliest?

precision posted:Maybe Joel and Ethan could do season 4 Pepe Silvia Browne posted:Since this would mean both more Fargo, and a Noah Hawley who is fully committed to the next season of Legion, I'm all for it. The Coen's have a show coming out next year. "The Ballad Of Buster Scruggs". Should fill the gap if this show, indeed, doesn't return. Unfortunately, even if Fargo does end, Hawley's still going to be working on two different shows. He's adapting Cat's Cradle for F/X on top of continuing work on Legion.

Fog Tripper posted:So which books were leaked to the auditor? Gonna assume the real ones. Maybe Sy woke up? It's the poo poo Nikki and Numbers stole -- their entire deal this episode was a feint. It's why they Numbers left Meemo alive, and Nikki was so open about their play. They're luring Vargas into a false sense of security.
