Such a great intro.

It's entirely possible he may have his hands tied a little on some of this as well, I can imagine having three of your four highest paid D-men being on the third pair and bench might not reflect well upon the GM / former GM and might be frowned upon.

That being said I think this is still very much a series. Rangers need to figure out how to counter the habs forecheck and somehow get the puck off the wall in their zone because the habs are just waiting for the puck to be rimmed along the wall to the wing and are ready to pounce. However if they can figure out the counter to that and start going back to the drop passes on the PP zone entry I think they're very much still in this.

My biggest fear is that they're all skittish because their backs are against the wall and are going all out just for the sake of going all out.

Prime example of this is Kleiner, makes the awful turnover to Radulov and blindly charges at him to try and make up for his mistake instead of just calmly defending and makes everything even worse. That whole goal is prevented if he just back skates off the turnover.

Vesey is the only guy who has looked up and played with the puck a little on the breakout instead of just blindly forcing it ahead into the 3 waiting habs. We need more of that.

Buchnevich was on the Rangers first PP unit in practice. I hope this means he's in for Glass and it's not just part of some AV mind games.

They need to hurry the hell up and release what time game 6 will be on Saturday for habs-rags.

Yeah I think AV did the same thing for practice before game 6.

Describing the Rangers as a more famous version of the Sens is pretty much the most apt description I've seen for this matchup.

Leaving aside coaching, I feel like the Sens are coming in as underdogs, but the teams are pretty much the same with the exception of Karlsson and NY having an unsustainable shooting percentage during the regular season (much like the Sens last year when they had 6 20-goal forwards).

I don't get this at all, they play entirely different systems. I guess they're the same in that they're both wildly unpredictable or something?
