Replays in the NBA do seem to work pretty well, but they also aren't nearly as important as replay in other sports since the resulting 2 points or 1 point or possession change is one of a whole lot, as opposed to an NHL goal, or a TD in football etc.

Fleury should absolutely force a buy out if Pittsburgh wants him to waive his nmc. He gets that buyout money and can more than likely get a 4-5 year deal at 5ish a year after this playoffs. He won't get a contract anywhere near that if he goes to Vegas and signs a new deal in two years. Does Pittsburgh have a goalie to expose if they buy out Fleury?
