Sae kind of makes sense as "jealousy," as opposed to envy -- not the desire for what others have (though a woman working in a male-dominated field would probably covet the kind of success that just gets handed to people who don't work nearly as hard, but I digress), but the desire to safeguard her existing success at any cost.
