Found a workaround for getting the game on Xbox (use a gamertag of someone who has played the game*, then check their achievements, then "see in store" for the game) but I've been waiting for a session for 10 minutes now. Hahahah. Such a hollow victory. *lennylasher

It's fantastic how much people panic and just do everything to help you kill them. I feel that'll all change the more people play the game and I'll have to actually get good at Jason, but for now it's always a bloodbath.

I think what REALLY annoys me about games dropping is I'd be playing as Part 2 Jason already if those countless sessions hadn't shat themselves. Playing as Part 2 Jason... So the game could poo poo itself on me playing as HIM as well.

The thing is... This game nails Jason. Sure, he was a bit stealthier in most of the films, but you have to have some sort of game there as well, y'know. So for Jason, this kind of set up is spot on and great. For Freddy you'd have to mix it up a bit. Like have you seen that other game that's coming out where you play as a slasher? But instead of the brute force dumb Jason style it's more of the Italian, dreamlike horror game. Like you have to divide and seperate the teens and then hide in spaces and leap out at them and the kills are all real cinematic. The clip I saw had the dude leaping through a skyight to get someone. From what little I've seen it looks great in a wholly different way to this.

Have you definitely got Jason set as a preference for spawn? I only ask because I know myself sometimes when exiting out of menus I've not "saved" the changes y'know.

Bums me out so hard playing a load of games as a counsellor knowing that when I spawn as Jason the game will dump me out. The only thing I can think of is all the spectators watching me must bugger up the connection maybe? According the the stats page I've only got 3 or so kills as Jason under my belt.

I agree the shift/grab IS a bit ott at the moment*, but I don't know how zombie Jason's would deal with out. Even injured and exhausted the kids stagger away quicker than you will ever move and they rarely trip(Not just AJ). *But isn't Jason MEANT to be anyway? For all my moaning I adore this game so much.

BREAKTHROUGH (maybe) Been playing with a gang this morning and we realised that if you try and play more than one game in a row THAT'S when it times out. So try and get into a party. Have one game, make a new lobby and all re-join and you should be golden.
