Weird situation, but I was sitting at a bar in a small crumbling mill-town in the Midwest, met a guy and told him stories about working in West Africa on a USAID gig and whatnot, and now he's all excited to try to do similar. I already gave him a link to Devex.com (which is generally more white-collar managerial/expert jobs) since I think I've seen trades jobs there too, but is there any other jobs site he should be checking out for "welder needed on hydroelectric project in Tanzania" or "fabricator needed to train students at job-training site in Burma"?
