Aw hunny, these came out GREAT!
Maybe this means Travis Benjamin can go back to being a #3 WR, or #2 once Keenan Allen gets hurt again.

Williams, Allen, Benjamin, Tyrell Williams, Dontrelle Inman, Hunter Henry, Melvin Gordon, and the corpse of Antonio Gates are some nice weapons if Rivers can get the ball to them.

I am excited to see how it blows up

I live in the same area as UNC and I heard practically no hype about Trubisky until after the season. I've never seen him be that impressive. And I'm supposed to believe that's a better stopgap for the Bears than just keeping Jay Cutler?

Yeah, no.

I keep loving up in my head and calling Adoree "Desiree," which is a lingerie store, and I should probably stop.

Yeah, no.

That's one of my biggest draft metrics: percentage of hype that came during a time football was actually played.

Exactly. For instance, Johnny Manziel is a sure thing, so my metric works.

Eh, I don't want a QB because none of them are worth it and they won't even play this year and then we can draft one of the top QB's next year. Plus I like Kessler.

Needs:
FS
CB
3T
RB

Wouldn't mind trying to get a third pick today, but that would be hard without trading one of our 2's which are locked in storage for "The Big Trade Up" next year.

Also, I think we should sign more FA's because we aren't getting any comp picks after who we signed, stock up this year, and sit next FA out, but actually we can just sign them next year too unless we don't re-up Kirksey because he is the only pending FA to get us a comp, so forget this.

Thanks for reading!

I'm looking at the draft order for tonight and it says KC still has 2 3rd round picks? Didn't we trade one away yesterday to the Bills, or did we have 3 3rd round picks to start with?

What you're looking at is wrong.

We have 2.27 and 3.40 left. We traded 3.27.

Our CB2 at the moment is Perrish loving Cox. Assuming King will be available later is kinda playing with fire.

With all the O-linemen falling, there should be no shortage of options in the 2nd/3rd rounds. Just take King at 34 and stop overthinking your high picks for once.

Your logic is completely backwards. There are only 2 good OL prospects left. The draft has many good DB prospects left. Grab the best OL and then fill out DBs later in the draft. Especially so for Seattle who is better at finding middle round DBs than most teams.

The Puppy Bowl posted:

I dunno. There's Lamp, Morton, Robinson and then a whole lot of nothing as far as o-line is concerned. For CB you have Tabor, King, Desmond King, Jones, Wilson, Moreau and a host of day 3 guys that should be able to compete for starting positions. This draft is obscenely loaded at corner and it makes me feel a little crappy that my team took a high upside project in the middle 1st.

Yeah.

Is there any chance of Cooper Kupp or Chris Godwin falling to the Ravens on 2nd round?

I have to assume they'd both be there, but I doubt that's how Baltimore goes. JuJu and Zay are possibly ranked higher as WRs, not to mention a host of o-linemen, pass rushers, and possibly Zach Cuningham. The WR class is deep in the middle so I'd probably rather wait for round 3 and see who's left standing.
