I feel like most of these MMOs are developed by dinguses who have this idea of the perfect player interaction in an MMO and are just absolutely certain their game which has no distinguishing features worth mentioning is the game where that interaction will happen all the time. They basically revolve around the misconception that if you create the environment for it to happen (which already exists in most MMOs) it'll just constantly happen (it doesn't).
