I mean to speak specifically about the scamming CEO, I think many people know about that, but with this game in particular the amount of crowd funding versus self funding from the company is tilted way into the self funding aspect, so if he is just scamming people its losing his own money or wealthy rear end venture capitalist.

Do not buy the early access packs is about all there is to this one. If you paid into the crowdfunding then you know, good luck.
