The current Russian regime is the closest thing we've seen to Nazi Germany in quite a while. the whole subtext is that communism failed, it's dead, and with it all social progress has stopped. Everything has ground to a halt because there's no way to move to the next stage. And in this vacuum of progress the neoliberals, or moralists, are just extracting everyones money because what else is there to do in life. It doesn't negatively portray communism. It laments the fact that communism doesn't exist. It's gone and isn't coming back. And one of the results of this is a world that might just end.

Goddamn. I'm sad now over a videogame.
