In school it was really easy. You kind of just started hanging out with people and everyone kind of wanted to get new friends and be with eachother. It's a very different feeling in the workplace. They're colleagues, not friends, you know? I'd never go out on a weekend with them, plus at my agerange most people already got established social circles and aren't looking for more people to hang out with
