The most important thing these days is to vehemently believe you're going to win and the polls are all wrong and fake news and apparently you get what you want so let's denounce some polls as establishment folly!!!

forkboy84 posted:Considering there's decent Wifi on Scotrail's route from Inverness to Glasgow & Edinburgh, which involves going through mile after mile of empty wilderness, no much in the way of 4G up here.7 Must be the only route then because I've never had consistent wifi on any train from dundee to glasgow or edinburgh, always lines up with when I have 4G signal in general.

Baron Corbyn posted:I agree with Pissflaps. It's ridiculous that an MP who claims Tony Benn is her hero wouldn't join the party led by "Tony Benn's favourite MP". but the SNP despite being rather centrist was the most far left serious party she could join for the entire time of her teenage/adult until 18 months ago or whenever it was corbyn was surprise elected bro idk if you can blame her for that also why does it matter to have a labour seat there if the person there is clearly going to be a conscience voter most of the time and thinks tony benn is a hero

I don't get all the hubbub about brexit positions, it's all a bit irrelevant when the EU probably won't exist in 5 years and if it does it will have to be markedly different (or far narrower) to survive, I mean yeah we decided as a country to have a lot of completely pointless disruption over it and we'll have a couple of poo poo years before the real poo poo years begin for everyone but the arguments seem all based on the idea that the EU as an institution isn't in a huge amount of trouble. Or maybe i'm just a marxist blyth following idiot and i've got it all wrong.
