If you put bollards on a bridge then some oval office would just mow people down by the side of the road instead. If you put bollards by the side of a road then they'd plough through people crossing Oxford Street or whatever. It's not really something that can be fixed.

Isn't the alternative to a "shoot to kill" policy a "let the firearms officer make their own decision" policy? Like people are getting bent out of shape because Corbyn favoured the person pulling the trigger to be able to make the decision. Or have I horribly misunderstood?
