The actual reason why Glomgold was made Scottish instead of South African was because Ducktales came out in the '80s and they did not want that apartheid stink on a Disney character.

I know it's probably not the popular choice, but I think Final Frontier is my favorite Scioli comic. Admittedly, I haven't read all of GI Joe/Transformers yet.
