Got Jack on my first roll and Nursery Rhyme on the second.  Didn't get any of the CEs and I didn't save exp cards for Jack. I'm doing the daily needing one Claw and there are no chimeras to be seen. I've been getting two servants and a golem all day on the second part. And I have done all the costume quests. 10 quartz for the CE gently caress up seems to be quite low for those who had the problem and got locked out of the game for over 100 hours. I hope they got something extra.

Used a full bonus team + MHX and only Caesar was left in the end against Lalter. I realise now it would have been a lot easier if I had taken Waver as I didn't need the points

With the gacha rates as they are you're definitely not going to get what you want if you blow all your quartz constantly. It's not vital to roll on this banner. I have 337 quartz and the last time I did a full roll might have been Christmas.

I think my game is broken. 1st roll is Vlad 2nd roll is Jalter Okay I'll try for Cu. 3rd roll got two Cu Alters?   I did a couple more rolls on the Jalter banner and got all the event CEs. Not bad for 150 SQ.
