He was a really good assistant for Campbell and would be coming in with at least a little bit of HC experience. There really hasn't been much dropoff at all for Toledo even with pretty much the entire staff outside of Candle following Campbell to ISU. They're probably the best mid-major outside the state of Florida this year Toledo has a fun offense to watch as well. I enjoyed playing them.

Please let UF get the full on Randy Shannon coaching experience. It'll lead to his firing in 3 years, and then becomes an assistant at FSU, where he later rises as interim coach to be the only coach to coach all big 3 schools.

I love how FSU and the gators had meltdowns at a time when we have some of the best classes coming out of Florida this year and next year. Just an insane amount of talent that's going to melt through their fingertips and show out at smaller schools.

His defenses usually require out-talenting the other teams, and UCF has a pretty good shot at getting defensive recruits with him that are better than most of the AAC.
