45 points in 49 playoff games during the 2 Stanley Cups but they hate him and are going to trade him yeah OK. I mean, the only ones off the table entirely are Crosby, Malkin, Letang, and Murray but there can't possibly be a trade involving Kessel that gets any kind of value in return.

The Oklahoma City Thunder confirmed they won't have jersey ads this year. It's not out of the goodness of their hearts of course, but if even a popular and high profile NBA team can't get good money to sell out hopefully it means this whole bullshit idea dies a quick death.

Also while basketball players don't wear any equipment, the NBA league wide eliminated home and away jerseys and is simply going with home team picks, away team wears contrast. Would love to see more color vs color in hockey.

They aren't. There's no money in it. The stadium naming rights market has cratered and the jersey ads market has exploded on the runway.

Manchester United is going to get more money from Chevrolet this year than the entire NBA is going to get from the various companies they signed with.

One of the few things the NFL does right from an ownership perspective is profit sharing among the teams*. I don't know why the NHL doesn't do that apart from the Leafs lording over they're the only profitable one.

The Cowboys only opted out of the merchandise sharing agreement. They happily share the far more enormous TV money pie with the other 31 teams.

Ice Jerseys is having a two-day sale on jersey customization, $10 on any jersey they sell. This is important because 1, they do high quality tackle twill stuff, 2, it includes the vintage line, and 3, they have no limits on retired or traded players (although your FUCCBOI 69 jersey is probably a no-go).
