It looks like this: And you go "ohhh owww owwww, uhhhhhhh yikes owww" I never got confirmation, but I suspected a former GF cheated on me. What took me back was the way I internalized it; I blamed myself entirely and immediately spiraled into 24/7 self loathing. After a while I made peace with the fact that the situation was likely a bit less "cut and dried" than I had made it out to be. Sure, I had stuff to work on but her refusal to be honest meant she did too.
