I mean they could have been a little more subtle with it, like just have a girl that happens to be a boss or something. Or like gone the other way and made it like Black Gay Skinny Lady Boss. Or like a bunch of spinoffs like Black Boss, Naked Boss, Fat Boss, Brony Boss, etc.
