Home prices in the major cities are rising like crazy and houses are going under contract sometimes within hours of being listed. The wife and I bought a house in a small town 8 miles south of the NWA metro area because it's so much cheaper down here and our commute to work is still only 20 minutes. I'd love to be nearer cool stuff but...eh. Gas is cheap (for now) and our house was 110k soo V  V

Had my three best friends over last night and grilled a poo poo ton of pork and a few steaks. One of my buddies brought over pineapple (gently caress grilled pineapple is delicious) and lobster tail. Many beers were had. Good times. gently caress chiggers though. God drat I'm itchy.

I gave up on Ebay after having to open two unpaid item cases in a row and never getting paid. I've just about given up on trying to sell anything online because between Craigslist scammers and bullshit artists and Ebay's refusal to ban non paying accounts it's not worth my time.
