Every door, every chest or filing cabinet, action button on every single item in every single room unless its a jrpg with random battles and im tired of that poo poo in which case i go kill the boss and work backwards before leaving

Most of the doors are going to be broken/jammed/locked, so you have to check all of them to make sure you find one that opens.
