He kept saying this repeatedly and no one actually was like "Huh. I could see that". The assumption was he'd burn out Ross Perot style or something. Hell guys were egging him on to do so because everyone though it would be a flaming poo poo show that would be fun to watch. ... Except...whoops. Turns out he was uh...right. Ross Perot was to Trump, what Barry Goldwater was to Reagan.
