You should get that looked at

 Chester is adorable! I'm so glad you took him in. Just fyi for the future - I would have (and have in the past) done exactly what you're doing, but I would also consider checking out Facebook and Craigslist in your area for missing pet info. Whenever I see an cat outside I obsess over my local lost pet Facebook page. It seems people just don't print posters much any more, so you can't rely on that alone to locate a pet, especially as they can stray far from their original home. Just a few tips!
