and then seemingly out of nowhere, final burn showed up and dumped playable versions of the entire cps2 library in our laps i remember being more impressed with the story about how they got the encryption keys off the board than with the games

I wish his site was still up but a lot of special chips were decapitated by one dude who went by Dr. Decapitator.
