Apparently Delia negotiated a ton of concessions last night to satisfy the realtors, and they left the table happy, and then in the middle of the night changed their minds and went from neutral to oppose. Their bought legislators are now fighting Delia's bill, and just openly saying on the record that the real estate lobby has told them to vote no.

My guess is that mandates will come with full FDA approval rather than the current Emergency Use Authorization. Not that that's necessarily a good, evidence-based policy, the EUA should be sufficient, but it's politically easier.
