Red sauce is tomato sauce is ketchup. Though as someone else pointed out, 'tomato sauce' can also mean the stuff you put on pasta. Tomato purée comes in tubes or small cans, passata comes in jars or cartons, and then we have the usual chopped/peeled tomatoes in tins. Those are the standard processed tomato forms in England.
