All of those microwaved cakes/brownies look like they turn out well, but I haven’t tried any recipes yet. In other news, I’ve been microwaving potatoes so they’re mostly cooked, and then dumping them in soups to be blended. Seems to work just as good as actually boiling potatoes and saves a ton of time
