The Makelele role is now vacant.

Scum club.

Zlatan's a match of the day player if you don't watch full games it seems impossible that he could ever do anything wrong.

On for the Wales job?

I doubt our FA can afford him. He'll find another PL or Championship job easily enough if he wants one.

In fascinating Swansea City news the supporters trust got a new chairman the other day and it turns out he isn't even allowed to sit on the trust board because he's exceeded his 12 year term. So had some of the people who voted him in. Also the old chairman who resigned (with a knife in his back) was a few months over.

This wouldn't matter except the Americans are trying to buy out the Trust shares at the moment, and these people get to make the decisions. Possibly. There's a lot of panicked phone calls and threats of suing people for libel flying around.

Far more entertaining than the football.

the chronicle is poo poo, Sky Sports think they'll put another offer in before the week is over if (when) that one is rejected.

That's what Coutinho thought and now he's stuck in Liverpool till he dies.

The sun have noticed that Sparky is wank and should be the next to go. The Sun is terrible but it makes a change that a big paper is actually highlighting his awful record rather than hand waving it away with the same old "They'll be fine" bollocks that always gets trotted out.

Some tasty stats:

It also mentions the 50m wasted on Imbula, Berahino and Wimmer and that the defence has conceded the joint second highest in the league.

He should've gone in the summer. Unfortunately Coates has only ever appointed British managers so even if he was to act he'd only appoint from the same uninspiring list that Everton and West Brom have been linked to. Or my worst nightmare will happen and we'll appoint Pulis for the third time.

Wanna swap for Paul Clement?

I keep thinking about gentrification in the US and speculating on property blocks in the UK but there's nothing redeeming in these major cities.

It's like trying to gentrify the Midwest. What's the business plan for trying to displace white people so more white people can move in?

You get multicultural Londoners to move in.
