Does anyone know of a configurable program to do the following: 1. Connect to an IMAP mailserver 2. Forward emails with a certain subject line to an external address (cases@ticketingSystem.com) 3. Reply to those emails with a certain subject line to the address they came from (serviceRequests@company.com) , include the original body in the reply, adding "Yes, we accept this order" 4. File those email in a folder 5. Any other emails that do not have that certain subject line, just leave them and someone will manually react to them I've tried a few different email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird (replies didn't quite work), Em, Opera) and none of them were really able to do what I wanted. Mostly in the replying. I could whip a python script up to do this but a non-technical person needs to be able to monitor it. Ideas?

I'm not seeing why Outlook rules wouldn't be able to do this. Whats the actual problem you are trying to solve though? It sounds like a combination of a ticketing system / service request system that is being hacked together through email instead of how it should be.

Outlook won’t auto-reply more than once to the same address
