Portal 2 had a pretty good soundtrack. Here are two nice samples: Bots Build Bots and The Friendly Faith Plate. Black Mesa's soundtrack significantly improves upon that of the original Half-Life. A few tracks I like: On A Rail 1, Forget about Freeman, Surface Tension 1. Backside of the TV from Persona 4 has this really neat layered-sound effect going on. And finally, the soundtrack of my life when I was like twelve.

A top for me was the Little Big Adventure 2 soundtrack -- the first track is really the best but the whole thing is all so peaceful and chilled: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pl-NjjKDTFI Moonsong, from Cave Story, is a beautiful song that comes at a beautiful moment in the game. The bad guy has all he needs, all but one of your allies are in prison, dead, or slaves, you've discovered that your original mission was to murder everybody on the island anyway, you've just turned down the opportunity to escape with the one friend who has a way out, and as you climb up the outside of the island without much of a plan other than "see if there's anything left to explore" this starts playing. I have a really soft spot for the Monkey Island 1 & 2 opening soundtracks, too. MI2's introduction really sets the scene for the kind of mysterious, murky, faintly seedy Carribean setting that none of the sequels ever really managed to portray as well. Tal Tal Heights, from Link's Awakening, is very good at making you feel like a total badass as you race through the highest points of the island on your way to the final dungeon. Monty on the Run by Rob Hubbard is an absolutely ridiculous piece of work when you realise the limitations he was working under. It doesn't fit the theme of the game you're playing at all, but it's still super impressive. The Amiga also had a load of really underappreciated music. I'm wracking my brains to remember anything specific, since it was such a long time ago; the only one that springs to mind is the incredibly catchy World 3 theme from a Lemmings-like game called Troddlers.
