I'd be amazed if it wasn't since Carolina is possibly playing for the #2 seed and it's do-or-die for Atlanta if Seattle beats Arizona.

That could backfire horribly though if the Saints win and Seahawks lose. Neither team would have anything to play for.

Jags-Titans makes way more sense. At least the Titans would have a spot to play for and the Jags could have a bye on the line.

Although it should be the Browns game so we can all witness history.

If Pittsburgh loses and Philly wins tomorrow, the early slate of games will mean absolutely nothing besides draft order.

It's pretty funny they didn't do it because the Steelers might have nothing to play for if the Pats win.

Despite that being the exact reason we want them to move that game.

Unless Minnesota loses, Carolina has nothing to play for.
Unless the Rams lose, the Saints have nothing to play for.

And if they both win, Carolina and NO play each other in the 1st round as 4/5 seeds no matter what.

Saints and Carolina are still playing for the NFC South championship. Saints win, they get it. Saints lose and Panthers win, Panthers get it. Saints lose, Panthers lose, and the Saints get it.

Not directly. If Carolina beats Atlanta and Seattle beats Arizona then Seattle steals the #6 from Atlanta.

A Seahawks loss automatically sees Atlanta through by virtue of one of the stupidest fake field goal attempts ever Atlanta's head-to-head win.

So all three games of importance to the Chargers playoff chances start at the same time.

The get two "SNF" games this week (Saturday and Monday), and they got the opening game and the Super Bowl this year. Wouldn't be surprised if the second game this week was in replacement of losing SNF next week.
