I was doing good with Christmas themed pulls on today's banner! Daily draw was a friendly unit riding a big giant robot spreading joy to all the good little boys and girls (it was Grace) Used the 4* ticket and got a jolly old man with a big bushy beard (it was Gaffgarion) Gingerbread man was an rear end in a top hat and a loser in the first place. Took me a couple of tries but I got him and got a ticket. Ticket went blue -> gold -> rainbow and out came a unit wearing barely any red. Christmas Lightning! Merry Christmas, but I think I'll skip this banner this year.

Man, my on banner drop rates recently have been something else I'm 0/5 on this banner and I think out of my last 40-50 pulls I've only gotten 5 on banner units.

I got up to 6,250 lapis, did a daily draw. gently caress off and die, Sice. Still haven't had an on banner pull in this banner and I've had the worst run I think anyone may have ever had for on banner pulls since the Christmas banner. I do save tickets for KM events as I like to get enough bonus units to get what I plan to get as soon as possible, so I'll hold onto at least a few tickets. It's just so depressing lately with the rate of pulling actual on banner units. I think I only got maybe one Gilbert in the entire Christmas event.

Freebie and daily pull was meh. 10+ got me:  Cor and Zyrus have cool TMs, too. maybe my luck with 10+1 is turning around? Maybe? I usually try for three bonus units in these kinds of events. I started with a 4* ticket and got Steiner. Burned through a chunk of tickets, #1 and #2 weren’t bonus units. #3 went blue->gold->rainbow.  However, I had to wait until my 10th ticket to pull a third dang bonus unit, which was Black Waltz. I even had multiple golds that didn’t give me a second Steiner! What gives!

Tossed a decent number of tickets and some lapis, not a ton of luck to be honest until my last ticket went from gold to rainbow.  Not a bad miss at all! One of my 10+1s had a rainbow too. It was only Luneth though.

I probably got three golds out of all the 30m tickets in total, but I did get a decent number of 10% moogles. Ludmille was one of the two crystals from the ticket today. I don’t think I noticed any Ludmille pulls, whether it’s myself or anyone else in the thread/discord for six months. Suddenly in the last month or so, there’s been a flood of her. Are single cast magic users making a comeback or something?

So the boss for the story event's extra stage 2-5.. to be honest I probably made the Tomb Raider extra boss battle harder than it needed to be, but nothing is working against the boss for this event. I can't seem to OHKO him, if I leave him alive he kills everyone with flash grenade spam. I can't S/L it either to get a favorable roll in it's attacks.

Thought I was gonna stop pulling after only coming away with some Shylts and Mims this morning. I threw a ticket, and got a Gau, which has taken over the mantle of “you are pulling this bad crap unit all the time no matter what even if you are sick of him” from the type-0 guys.
