I ran out of bombs in death mountain and then my Wii U gamepad ran out of battery. I'll finish the first quest tonight. Definitely going to need to break out the graph paper to map out the second quest.

Just finished up getting the Triforce of Wisdom in the second quest and I'm missing 2 hearts and never found the letter to the old woman. Level 9 is going to be fun...at least I know where it is though.

I got halfway through the final dungeon on quest 2 when I came across a room with a bunch of red bubbles that of course touched me and I couldn't find a blue one in any adjacent rooms so I think I'll finish this tomorrow. Playing through the second quest with no guide and only very limited memory of where anything is has been a blast, though.

Use geometry like blocks and water to block their path and make them turn. You can actually reach them if you stab upwards from behind a block that way. Having full hearts of course helps because you can just shoot them from afar. For rooms where there are no blocks or water and there's 10 blue darknuts just drop bombs everywhere.

Magic sword will make it much easier they only take two hits. now blue wizzrobes can gently caress right off

Probably half of those deaths were in dungeon 6 in second quest because I was suicide running in with 3 hearts just to try and find the way to the boss, because I overlooked a pushable block.
