The guns generally fire so slowly and people dance around so loving fast, that trying to shoot someone is often impossible for me, but sooner or later that blade is gonna make contact.

I now own this. I'll go 5 or 6 games in a row getting killed either by a guy I never knew was there until I saw the muzzleflash or getting murdered in a firefight because the low level guns are so slow, and then I'll go a game where I kill 3 guys and I dont even care about the loses and I can't stop playing oh god help AndyElusive posted:A few times after someone has killed me they've ended up dead thanks to rending bleed out from a shotgun blast I clipped them with before they took me out. Yeah half the thrill of playing is when you kill a guy and then you can't figure out if he was playing solo or if his buddy is out there in the trees watching you the whole time, waiting for you to loot the body before taking a headshot.

To me this is a much smaller-scale Day Z (the mod at least, I never played the standalone) with very clear objectives and progression.

I've never once seen or heard an auto mosin (or a Nitro for that matter) and I've only ever gone up against a guy with an auto-5 once or twice. I'm level 50-something and have 42 hours into the game, for what that's worth. So me and my buddy just killed 6 hunters including 4 tier 3s (3 of them by me  ) and the first 2 were using Iron Sharpshooter (keep looking down sights while using a bolt action) for the first time and https://streamable.com/6qo5gAfter that we had an insane loving fight at the butcher that ended in double tragedy.
