when an item is late, i usually complain that i needed the item one day and didnt receive it and now i dont want the item. they usually refund the price but let you keep the item if/when it arrives

i was at whole foods not too long ago and some shipment dudes had peoples packages all over the ground. they were just throwing them in a pile from their truck
